Sterling Silver Personalized Disc with Birthstone Charm, Cupped Disc Charm with Crystal Birthstone, Personalized Hand Stamped Jewelry
These are the charms only to be added to an existing necklace or bracelet.
The charms are sterling silver discs, 5/8" in size, slightly cupped, hand stamped and personalized with your names. The disc hangs with a white pearl or Swarovski birthstone charm of your choice.
