At Tracy Tayan Designs, each piece is hand-crafted with love and a little island spirit. We take pride in creating your jewelry to order, carefully packaging it, and sending it on its way to you like a little piece of aloha mail.

 

 

Processing Time

Every item is made to order in our studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to handcraft, polish, and prepare your jewelry for shipping.

During busy seasons (like holidays or special events), orders may take a few extra days — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Shipping Rates Delivery

TimesShipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred method.

• U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.
• International Orders: Delivery times vary, but usually take 2–4 weeks depending on customs and carrier service.
  🌍 International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes once your order arrives in your country.

We’re happy to offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders of $50 or more!

For orders under $50, standard shipping rates apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey from our studio to your doorstep.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We rely on USPS and other carriers to deliver your order safely. Once your package is marked “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your item hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office first, and then email us — we’ll do our best to assist.
