This is a perfect Mother's Day Gift for Grandma to show off all of her children or grandchildren.
A sterling silver teardrop, 1" tall, is hand stamped with "grandma" or her special grandmother name. Birthstone charms adorn the top representing each of her loved ones.
This comes with a 16, 18 or 20 inch sterling silver box chain.
Each birthstone is 6mm, made with Swarovski crystals, and silver plated.
