Mother or Grandmother bracelet personalized with your name or words of your choice with initials to represent each of your loved ones.
Centered on a sturdy link chain, is a 5/8 inch hammered disc, hand stamped with a name or word. A sterling silver heart charm adorns the top of the disc. Surrounding the discs, are 3/8" sterling silver discs with initials. A sterling silver puffy heart charm finishes the bracelet.
