Beautiful necklace set for a mother and daughters gift or grandmothers and granddaughters gift.
Sterling silver heart necklace set with one, two, or three hearts. The mother/grandmother pendant is a disc with either 1, 2, or 3 heart cut outs and the other 3 necklaces are the hearts.
Comes with 16" or 18" sterling silver box chains (made in Italy). Please enter chain length in the "notes" section during checkout. If you leave it blank, I will send all chains on 18" (standard size).
