A wonderful way to show off all of your grandchildren. Personalize with your own "grandmother" name! This is my most popular design for grandmothers and mothers. I have this available in sterling silver, as well.
A 14K gold filled 5/8" disc is lightly hammered and hand stamped with "grandma" or your special grandmother name. A tiny gold plated over silver heart charm adorns the top of the disc (choice of 2 hearts). A 14K gold filled ring holds all of the birthstones of your grandchildren.
This comes with a 16, 18 or 20 inch 14K gold filled link chain.
Each birthstone is gold plated Swarovksi crystals and 6mm in diameter.
