Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped out 8-10 business days* of your placing your order. Orders are shipped using USPS First Class service, Priority or Express Mail and tracking.  When your order is shipped tracking information will be emailed to you.  Shipping times vary depending on where you are located in the United States.  If you would like your order quicker please select Priority or Express shipping at check out.  Once your package is mailed, I have no control over shipping times or lost packages.  

*There are exceptions during high peak times or if my shop is closed for vacation during summer months briefly.  You are free to place an order but your order may delayed.  See currently processing times on the left hand margin of my website.

**International Orders are shipped using USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail.  Shipping time can take up to three weeks (during holidays it can take up to 6 weeks).  Purchaser is responsible to pay for any import or customs duties upon delivery.  THE UK CHARGES HIGH CUSTOMS FEES.  It is approximately 23% of your purchase price.  You can Google duties fees calculators to find the amount you would pay.  PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO PAY THESE FEES. 

 Please know that once an order has been shipped, I have no control over how fast your order will get to you.  I am not responsible if your package gets lost or takes longer to get to you than USPS guidelines.   Please let me know if you have not received your order within two weeks (US orders) and six weeks (international orders).

 Shipping fees are non refundable.

 When shipping items back to me, I highly advise you to insure your package.  Every once in awhile, a package gets lost and I cannot be held responsible.

I know it seems like I am repeating myself with shipping guidelines, but many customers email me and call me asking me where there package is after it is mailed.  I don't have access to a secret USPS tracking system.  I see what you see in the tracking.  I wish I could hand deliver everyone's package to make sure it gets to everyone but I am not Santa Claus.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is very important to me.  Therefore, I DO NOT share any of your information to any 3rd parties. 

Returns, Mistakes and Defects

I want you to be happy with your jewelry.  If there is a problem or defect with your order, please let me know within 2 weeks of receiving your items.  There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders.  If I made a mistake, I will fix it immediately and refund any return shipping fees.  I cannot remake any piece without the original piece returned.  If a mistake has been made by you, it will be at your expense to have a new item stamped, if that is what you choose to do.

 If you have purchased an item that is not customized and are not happy with it, please contact me within 2 weeks of receiving your order.  These items can be returned or exchanged only if they are unused and in the same condition as when it was shipped within 2 weeks of you receiving the item.  Chains can be exchanged if they are the wrong length and only if they are unused.  Buyer pays for all postage fees for returned/exchanged items.

 If your jewelry breaks after you start wearing the necklace, please return it back within 60 days from the day of purchase.  I will fix it for free but there will be a charge for shipping.  If your item breaks after 60 days, this is considered regular wear and tear and there will be a charge for repair services.

Payment, Pricing & Coupons

I accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) and Paypal.

Due to the fluctuating metal market, prices are subject to change without notice.

Only one coupon can be used at a time.  If you forgot to enter your coupon, all discounts cannot be applied after your order is submitted.

I cannot honor any typographical errors, programming glitches or incorrectly marked items on this website.  I reserve the right to cancel any orders placed with errors in pricing.

Updating Account Information
Please make sure all your account information is updated when submitted orders.  I ship to the address on your account.

Other Information

            Please note that our jewelry is not intended for anyone under the age of 12.

Coupons/Free Shipping

             Only one coupon per purchase.  Coupons cannot be combined.  Please figure which coupon will give you the best discount and use that.  I can't apply discounts after the fact.  If you don't know where to enter the code, please email me and I will tell you where to find the box to enter the coupon code. 

             With orders over $50.00, you are qualified for free shipping.  With free shipping, your order will be shipped with first class shipping.
