Medical alert layered necklace to let everyone know about your important medical information, with style. Available in any combination of metals.

Two hammered discs, metals of your choice, layered together and hand stamped along the bottom edge. A small sterling silver medical alert charm adorns the top of the discs.
All letters will be lower case in arial font.
Each disc is hand stamped which creates a unique and organic feel. There may be slight variations in spacing because each letter is done individually.
Top layer (3/4") can hold a maximum of 12 characters.Bottom layer (1") can hold a maximum of 18 characters.
This necklace comes with choice of a 16” or 18” chain. Other options of chains are available.
