This is my most popular necklace for Grandmother's. The top of the pendant is a sterling silver disc, hammered and hand stamped with the name of your choice. On top of the disc is a tiny open heart (see options for other choices). It is encircled with a hammered loop which holds the birthstones of each of her grandchildren. Price includes the disc, loop, charm and chain. Each birthstone is additional.
