14K gold filled Tree of Life necklace personalized Grandmother Necklace with Birthstones to represent her grandchildren.
The top disc 14K gold filled disc is lightly hammered on the edges and hand stamped with "grandma" or your special grandmother name and the bottom disc, also hammered on the edges is personalized with the grandchildren's names (up to 22 characters). A bronze tree of life charm adorns the discs. Birthstone charms also dangle on each side of the discs and hang from a 14K gold filled chain.
Top disc is 3/4" and bottom disc is 1" in diameter.
